Refund and return policy


At Sonjas Apotek we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of your package. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your package must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Right of complaint

Under Swedish law, you as a customer have the right to complain about a product if it is defective or does not meet the expected characteristics and quality. The right to complain is valid for 3 years from the date you received the goods. If you find that the product is faulty, please contact us immediately to report the problem.

In case of a complaint, you have the right to have the product repaired, replaced with a new product or refunded. We reserve the right to examine the goods and verify the claim before granting a refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

Once we have received and reviewed your returned package, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and acceptance or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been registered.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as the processing time may vary.
  3. Please contact your bank, as additional processing time may occur.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same product, please send us an email to [email protected].

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping cost of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, it may take different times for the replaced product to reach you. If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will accept your return.


At Sonjas Apotek you can pay with your credit or debit card via our secure checkout page. When you make a purchase through our payment solution, all credit and debit card transactions are charged directly at the time of purchase. This means that as a customer you make advance payments for the products or services you order. By using prepayments, we can quickly process your order and start the delivery or execution process.

Shipping process and delivery time

We offer delivery with PostNord for fast and reliable deliveries. Normally, delivery takes 2-6 working days from when the order is confirmed. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location and any irregularities in the delivery process.

We always aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of the delivery.
